From my perspective, I find it's difficulty to define the definition of Web 2.0 . I read some articles and some many tools have been introduced and some many rules also have confused me. Web 2.0 is not like a technology or a learning theory. Instead, it's like a combination or norm to tell you how to use these tool to boost online learning efficiency.
